As Good As Mother's Fish Mix will have you cooking seafood 7 days a week! Use it on your favorite fish "for that down home taste." It also makes a great base for shrimp, oysters, and other seafood.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix 5 tablespoons of As Good As Mother's Fish Mix with 1/2 cup of water.
2. Dip fish/seafood in liquid mix (batter).
3. Flip fish/seafood in remaining dry As Good As Mother's Fish Mix. Shake off excess flour.
4. Fry in oil at 350F until done.
