We are bringin' the heat with As Good As Mother's Spicy Flour Mix. Use it as is for full Cajun flavor. Blend it with our "Famous Seasoned Flour" or "Fish Mix" to kick up the heat just a notch.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix 5 tablespoons of As Good As Mother's Spicy Flour Mix with 1/2 cup of water.
2. Dip meat/vegetable in liquid mix (batter).
3. Roll meat/vegetable in remaining As Good As Mother's Spicy Flour Mix. Shake off excess flour.
4. Fry in oil at 350F until done.
