. . . . . I pan fry my fish with just a little olive oil and when I prepare the fish I add a little cornflake crumbs to the seasoned flour mixture. I cook the fish for 8 minutes on each side.

. . . . . I cook my chicken on the top of the stove. Brown the chicken and with the seasoned flour I make gravy, then smother the chicken with the gravy. If i'm cooking thick pieces I leave cooking for 45 minutes - for thin pieces like wings i cook for 30 minutes.

. . . . . My stomach doesn't do well with spicy food so when I cook pork chops, fish or chicken I mix the chicken seasoned flour with a bit of the fish (spicy) seasoned flour. Also my husband likes his liver cooked in the spicy seasoned flour.

Mix ingredients in a bowl, make salmon patties, bread each side with AGAM seasoned flour, heat oil in frying pan/skillet over medium heat, cook approximately 5 minutes on each side. Best croquettes of your life! |

Smoothered Chicken - Steak or Pork Chops (same recipe for all 3) Start with 1/2 of a chicken (steak or pork chops) and 2 cups of corn oil, wash & moisten meat, shake the meat and AGAM seasoned flour in brown bag until well coated, fry meat in 2 cups of corn oil for approximately 10 minutes on each side, remove meat from pan, drain greese from pan, put 2 tablespoons of the oil you drained off back in the skillet, add small diced onion, saute in oil, mix in 1 tablespoon of AGAM seasoned flour with the onion, put meat back in skillet, pour 2 cups of water over the meat, simmer for approximately 20 minutes or longer depending on what meat you use This makes smothered Chicken, Steak and Pork Chops as good as your mother's. |

Ray's Pot Roast & Potatoes Using AGAM Chicken Seasoned Flour moisten and cover both sides of pot roast, brown approximately 5 minutes on each side, put pot roast in roasting pan with 2 cups water, bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, dice 2 to 3 white potatoes, add to pot roast, cook another hour or until tender. If gravy needs thickening mix 3 tablespoons of AGAM flour with 1/4 cup water, stir together until smooth, pour flour mix into roasting pan to obtain desired thickness, cook another 15 minutes for the best pot roast and potatoes of your life. |
